Apostille/DIRCO
An apostille is an official certificate attached to a public document to verify its authenticity for international use. It is part of the Hague Apostille Convention of 1961, which simplifies the legalisation process between member countries. When a South African document is apostilled, it is recognised in all Hague Convention countries without further embassy or consular authentication
Documents eligible for apostille
